Abstract

IfFis a non-empty Fitting class,휋=휋(F)and퐺a group such that every chief fac-tor of퐺/퐺Fis an퐶푠휋-group. Then퐺has at least oneF-injector. This result is used toresolve an open problem and generalize some known results.
