Abstract
In the present work it is shown that the set {}0201NiiiiDδδ∞==∑:=, for every sequence 01iNN...N...<<<< of natural numbers can be changed into the set of the form{(()) }ko k kDωΛ= +: ∈, where ()kω is an arbitrary, tending to infinity at k→+∞ sequence, such that Λ is the spectrum of universality for Walsh system.
