Abstract
Today, the processes of globalization in the sphere of economy are largely connected with new media and with digitization. Scholars discuss digital economy, digital capitalism, the issues of formation of the Internet economy, as a result of which the term “network economy” is emerged. The technological basis of the development of the digital economy can be considered artificial intelligence, block chain, cloud data storage systems; these innovations began to enter the economy.
