  • Ensure your research is original and unpublished elsewhere.
  • Follow TheGufo’s formatting guidelines for a seamless review process.
  • You can find these guidelines and a downloadable template on our website.
  1. Submit Your Paper:
  • Create a free account on TheGufo platform.
  • Upload your manuscript in PDF format.
  • Fill out the submission form, including your: (do it online right now)
    • Full Name
    • Email Address
    • Institutional Affiliation (optional)
    • Area of Research
    • Type of Manuscript:* (Research Paper, Review Paper, Editorial)
    • Manuscript Title:
    • Upload Manuscript: Maximum file size: 10mb
  1. The Review Process:
  • Once submitted, your paper will undergo a peer review process.
  • You can track the review status through your online account.

Once the peer review process is completed and the article is in compliance with TheGufo’s terms and conditions, the article will be published on our platform and it will be shares worldwide by using our marketing tools.

To ensure a smooth submission process, please review the following guidelines carefully.

A. Submission Essentials

    • Sole Author Submission: Only one author can submit a manuscript. This author assumes responsibility throughout the submission and peer review process.
    • Joint Author Submission: Only one author will need to create an account for submitting the article.  However, all joint authors must be disclosed on the submitted document.  The author who submitted the documents assumes responsibility throughout the submission and peer review process.
    • Originality: We accept unpublished work not under consideration elsewhere.
    • File Format: Submit your manuscript in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format. If using LaTeX, please submit a PDF.
    • Publication Fees: Article processing charges are applicable after acceptance. Accepted papers cannot be withdrawn.
    • Research Integrity: Author/s must uphold ethical research practices and avoid plagiarism.
    • Template Adherence: Strictly follow TheGufo’s paper template.

B. Terms and Conditions

    • Exclusivity: Submitted papers must be unpublished and not under review elsewhere (including other TheGufo journals). The submitting author guarantees co-author approval for publication and, if applicable, institutional approval.
    • Peer Review: All submissions undergo a peer review process. Reviewer identities remain anonymous.
    • Units: Use the International System of Units (SI) for all measurements.

C. Manuscript Structure

    • Title and Authors: Include:
      • Paper Title
      • Full Names of All Authors
      • Institutional Affiliations with Mailing Addresses
      • Email Addresses for All Authors
    • Abstract: Provide a clear, concise, and self-contained abstract within 200 words, free of citations.
    • Introduction: Briefly introduce the research topic without subheadings.
    • Materials and Methods: Describe procedures in sufficient detail to allow for replication. Subheadings are allowed for multiple methods.
    • Tables:
      • Number tables consecutively in the text.
      • Include a descriptive title for each table.
      • If numerical measurements are present, clearly indicate units in column headings.
    • Results and Discussion: This section can be divided into separate subsections or combined.
    • Conclusions: Clearly state the main findings, highlighting their significance and relevance.
    • Acknowledgments: Include any acknowledgements (grants, presentations, etc.) at the very end of the paper before references.
    • References: Ensure all references are complete, accurate, and cited within the text. Uncited references may be removed.
