You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Content you submit
You confirm that you hold the rights needed to publish or share the content you submit, that it does not infringe the rights of others, and that all co-authors consent. Articles published with The Gufo are released under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license; shared articles remain under their original license.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Site to upload unlawful, infringing or plagiarised material, to interfere with the Site’s operation, or to scrape personal data of other users.
5. Fees and refunds
Fees for publishing new articles are listed on the Charges and fees page together with the refund policy.
6. Takedown
We remove content that infringes rights within 48 hours of a substantiated complaint. See Copyright infringement.
7. Disclaimer and liability
Content is provided “as is”. The Gufo Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date of the latest version is shown on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
