Abstract
By providing educational services, universities pursue the satisfaction of public interests on the one hand, and commercial benefits on the other hand. In this sense, a problem arises to evaluate the effectiveness of the financial resources, spent for the purpose of educational services. The article proposes approaches to evaluating the use of financial resources of universities with a combination of public and commercial interests.
